Course for making a dynamic crystal apple(Translation tutorial)

By this translated course, we will teach you how to make animation by using cs5, providing the source file download of PSD.

First, look at the transition effect.

1. Draw the color apple, then complete by placing several layers; each layer is with simple effect.

2. As for the second layer of first step, add “water layer”, that is, the blue effect layer. The method is to add the white brush-stroke upon the blue layer.

3. Under the blue layer, use Path to draw a motion layer,

do the compound mask for the blue layer and motion layer. The effect is as follows:

4. Draw motional illuminant white dots upon the blue layer, then put the blue layer, motion layer and white-dot layer in one group, adding shape mask for the group.

5. Open the group, and then add some details. In this way, the preparatory work is finished.

6. Now, prepare for making animation. Open Animation palette, move the motion layer to the left side (the decomposition chart is as follows), move all white motional dots to the below of the apple. This is the first frame.

7. Create the second frame, move the motion layer to the right side, move white motional dots to proper places. This is the second frame.

8. Select the first and second frame at the same time; click the icon in red, change the frame number to 30.

9. Choose “File”-“Save for Web & Devices”, get GIF format. That’s the end.
